Each month, you'll receive a letter in the mail. Inside each envelope:
- A reflection or a story from life or work
- A verse or piece of wisdom
- Something I'm working through
- A practical idea or two... Occasionally, a small artifact or inserts may be tucked inside.
Each letter package is typed and put together by hand at my kitchen table. I limit letter requests to batches of 50 readers at a time to ensure I can keep up with each reader and do it well.

FAQ
When do I get my letter?
I send out the The Quiet Post on the 15th of each month. You should expect it within 3-8 days of sending.
What if I didn't receive it?
If you sign up before the 15th you will receive that month's letter. If you sign up on or after the 15th, you will receive next month's letter.Letters occasionally bounce back to us. We usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns, then resend them to you. We’ll also contact USPS on your behalf if a letter goes missing. You’ll receive a refund for that month if we your letter cannot be located.If your Quiet Post doesn’t arrive, email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right—either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month.
